Bridget Doyle has been working in the TCMC auxiliary for over 2 years, although she is more affectionately known around the hospital and the county as the “Fudge Lady.” A year and a half ago Bridget began making fudge and brought some with her to the hospital. TCMC employees encouraged her to start her business; Bridget Rose Delights which now produces several different kinds of fudge including milk chocolate, peanut butter, and white chocolate. Bridget recently placed within the top 3 of the San Diego A-List Dessert competition. Knowledge of her amazing fudge continues to grow as she now sells her products in Major Market (Fallbrook, Escondido) and Rock N’ Jenny’s Italian Subs (Escondido). Ok I am at the hospital today in the cafeteria but not working (so Im just in regular clothes) since I don’t have air at home I came here to do some computer stuff and This lady sees me and she said I know you and then she says oh your the Fudge Lady I saw you in the hospital newsletter. Pretty soon Im going have to be signing autographs lol
